Welcome To
My name is Larry Droz. It was in the year 1994 that I realized I was called to be in the ministry. Not knowing how to support myself, I began in the ministry on a part time basis. I immediately began to have miraculous results with every group I started. (You can read about some of the miracles I experienced by clicking on "Testimonies that Inspire".) I'd like to share with you the four principles that must be present to have miraculous results. I share these four keys to success so that you too can have a successful ministry.
Success Secret #1 Meditate on the Word 24/7.
It is my role as a priest or minister to get those I am leading to fall in love with God's Word so that they want to meditate in it everyday. As it says in Psalm 1:1a-3 Blessed is he whose... delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
People need to not only read the Word, but study it and meditate on it 24/7. When you assist them in showing them how to understand God's Word properly, miracles will follow. This is why we send people God's Love Letters each day, so that they will fall in love with God's Word by helping them understand it properly.
Success Secret #2 One-on-One Discipleship. People can not be discipled from the pulpit alone. Everyone needs to have a mentor or Life Coach that walks them through the Word to make sure they understand it correctly and are applying it to their lives each day. JESUS not only taught the Word to large crowds, but also to His disciples one-on-one. He taught them how to be blessed at everything they put their hand to, just as we do with those we disciple.
Success Secret #3 Fellowship Meetings Need to Be Interactive.
Christians need to belong to a group of on-fire believers where they can interact. Each person should come to the group with the intention of building others up, instead of "getting something out of the meeting". As it says in 1 Corinthians 14: 26What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church.

Success Secret #4 People Need to Get Paid to Disciple Others. All born again believers are called to be part of God's Royal Priesthood. God never asked a priest or anyone else to work for Him for free. Everyone needs money to live, but without an income from discipling others, people will spend their days working in the World's Financial System, instead of working for God. Even if someone only has one disciple, they should be paid, for as it says in Galatians 6:6
Those who are taught the Word of God should help their teachers by paying them. (Living Bible)
